The Billing module provides an option to export your membership billing transactions in a format that is easily imported into QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online (using a third party app*), Peachtree or other financial applications that accept (.CSV or “Comma Separated Values”) files.

Overview

First, you will want to learn how to use Integrated Billing for creating invoices, receiving payments and sending statements. Our software will be your primary source for creating and viewing membership financial transactions.

Then on a regular basis, perhaps daily or weekly, you will export. You will then import this into your accounting program or use the summary journal entry option

Supported export options include QuickBooks (.IIF), QuickBooks Online, PeachTree (.CSV) and Excel (.CSV), which is accepted by some third party billing solutions.
