View Web Hits & Statistics
Reports are available for individual members on the Stats tab of their member record. Reports displaying information for all members are available by selecting the Advertising or Reports module.
Stats for Individual Members
Member Information Page website statistics
1. On the Stats tab of the desired member, click Web Hits/Statistics (if not already open). If Web Hits/Statistics is already open, clicking it will close the selection.
2. Click Web Page Hits.
3.Type the desired date range or click the calendar icon to select the desired dates.
- Member Page Views: Displays the number of times the Member Information Page has been viewed.
- Links to Website: Displays the number of times the member’s own website link was clicked.
- Listed in Results: Displays the number of times the member’s listing was displayed in the search results.
- Map Clicked: Displays the number of times the member’s map link was clicked.
- Emailed by User: Displays the number of times the member was emailed using the eMail link on the Member Information page.
4. Click Refresh Listing.
5. You may view the statistics or also print the statistics by selecting Print. Then from the File menu, click Print. Make desired selections and click OK.
Banner ad statistics
1. On the Stats tab of the desired member, click Web Hits/Statistics (if not already open). If Web Hits/Statistics is already open, clicking it will close the selection.
2. Click Sponsor Ad Hits.
3. Type the desired date range or click the calendar icon to select the desired dates.
- Display Count: Displays the number of times the banner ad was displayed.
- Click Throughs: Displays the number of times the banner ad was clicked.
4. Click Refresh Listing.
5. You may view the statistics or also print the statistics by selecting Print. Then from the File menu, click Print. Make desired selections and click OK.
Comparative Hit Statistics report
The Sponsor Benefit report will only be available for members that have banner ads displayed within a business category. The report will display comparison statistics with other members in that category. Select the comparison category by selecting the banner ad that is displayed in that category.

3. Type the desired date range or click the calendar icon to select the desired dates.
- Member Page Views: the number of times the Member Information Page has been viewed.
- External Website Clicks: Displays the number of times the member’s own website link was clicked.
- Displayed in Results: Displays the number of times the member’s listing was displayed in the search results.
4. Click Refresh Listing.
5. You may view the statistics or also print the statistics by selecting Print. Then from the File menu, click Print. Make desired selections and click OK.
Stats for All Members
There are reports that display all member statistics, available only for your staff to view.
- Sponsors report
- Banners per Page/Context
- Sponsorship Advertising Hits report
- Sponsor Information Report
- Web Participation report
Accessing the reports
1. Click Advertising in the left-hand menu.
2. Choose from one of several reports that display Marketing Package reports that display selections and statistics.
Note: Effective 12/8/2016, all hit stats exclude known bot traffic. Stats prior to 12/8/2016 and after 1/1/2014 were manually re-processed to remove bot traffic but may randomly include days with bot traffic included. In addition, the entire month of February 2016 for most customers will include bot traffic as we were not able to re-process this particular data set. With this in mind, these statistic reports are still able to provide overall trends in website traffic over a period of time.
