From the Tools menu, click Internet Options. (for Internet Explorer v. 6) or from the Tools icon drop-down arrow tools icon, click Internet Options. (for Internet Explorer v. 7)

Click the Security tab.

Click Custom level…

Click Enable under the Downloads section for all three selections – Automatic prompting for file downloads, File download, and Font download.
