Cash and Accrual Reports

The Billing module has a number of different sales reports that display either cash basis (based on payment date) information, or accrual based (based on invoice date) information. Here is a list of various reports showing the reporting basis:

• Sales By Account (Accrual)
• Sales By Account Representative (Accrual or Cash based on settings)
• Sales By Item (Accrual)
• Sales By Member (Accrual)
• Payment/Receipt By Account (Cash)
• Payment/Receipt By Item (Cash)
• Payment/Receipt By Member (Cash)
