  • What are the mobile staff app requirements?
Android requirements: Android v 2.2 or later.
iOS requirements: iPad, iPhone App. Compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad. Requires iOS 6.0 or later.
  • What features are in the Premium version of the app?
Premium staff app features include the ability to:
  • Mark event registrants as paid
  • Create event billing transactions
  • Add new notes to communication history
  • Add new members to the database, either by :”quick-add” form or full online application
  • Auto-selection of random prize winner from event registration list
  • Send eReferrals
  • Approve or decline Task List items
  • Linked phone numbers that will open the phone dialer (if device has phone capabilities)
  • Linked email addresses that will open two email options – email through the software or email directly from app
  • Linked Member Anniversaries on the Dashboard will open to more member details
  • How do I upgrade to the Premium version of the mobile staff app?
Login to your database and click Account in your left-hand menu. Select the “Mobile Application” tab. Select “Upgrade to Premium” and click the “Upgrade” button.
If you’ve already upgraded to Premium, your screen will say: "Premium Mobile Features: Enabled"
Immediately you will have premium features added to all Android and iOS apps downloaded by your entire staff. One upgrade includes unlimited devices on all platforms for your entire staff.
  • I switched to the Premium mobile app on my Account screen, but my app is still saying I have the Free version. What can I do?
On the app, under Settings select Clear Cached Data. Then tap Logout and login again. If this doesn’t work, contact [[Main_Page|support@micronetonline.com].
  • What is the cost to upgrade to the Premium version of the staff app?
You can upgrade everyone in your office for $20 per month to use on unlimited devices including all iOS and Android devices! This would cover your entire staff
  • Is there a separate price to upgrade iOS devices and Android to the premium staff app?
No, if you’ve already paid for an iOS upgrade to the premium version, you can upgrade your Android version as well for no additional charge. Pay for one upgrade (Android or iOS) and that will cover your entire office for every supported device for one calendar year.
  • Does the mobile staff app replace my website version?
The ChamberMaster and MemberZone apps are for chamber and association staff to use while on the road. It does not replace the full product – rather it is a companion product giving your team access to information when remote. Apps are downloaded to your smartphone or mobile device and can access certain aspects of your GrowthZone database. You can always use your full version of the software from your tablet, laptop or desktop by logging in through your browser software.
  • If I upgrade to the premium staff app is it possible to cancel later?
Of course. We never want you to pay for something you don't feel you need or aren't receiving the full value.

Is the mobile staff app available on Blackberry?

There may be a way we can support Blackberry devices via Blackberry’s support of Android however we have not started development for this yet.
