Questions? We have a number of places where you can get answers.

  • On-Screen Help
Click the help icons located throughout the application for additional tips, tricks, or detailed descriptions.
  • Search Help Box
Type any keywords in the "Search Help..." box at the top of the left-hand menu.
  • Request Support
Click "Request Support" near the bottom of the left-hand menu to contact Customer Service directly.

Online training webinars and interactive workshops with a live instructor are available

View a current class schedule and register online via the Webinars menu selection

Recorded sessions of training webinars are available by clicking Help/Info in the left-hand menu; then open Videos, Webinars, and Other

Resources and select Webinars – recorded sessions.

Video tutorials are available throughout the software wherever you see the moviecamera icon. Find a library of all videos by clicking

Help/Info in the left-hand menu; then open Videos, Webinars, and Other Resources and select Video Tutorials.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions are found by clicking Help/Info in the left-hand menu; then open Videos, Webinars, and Other Resources and select FAQs.


Forum – Ask your peers at other organizations where this software is in use. Select Forum from the Dashboard module. [a 3 minute video] to learn how to effectively use the forum and then submit your own and reply to topics of interest – about your software and also other organization-specific topics.
