Once the selection is enabled and appropriate login credentials are supplied, “Automatically synchronize groups daily” and "Automatically synchronize membership type daily" will push all active groups and upload each of your membership types as a list in Constant Contact. New contact information for these individuals will be uploaded to the associated Constant Contact account on a nightly basis.  No need to maintain two separate mailing lists, simply update your groups/types in the software and a matching Constant Contact list will be updated with the same changes.
If you’d rather select only certain groups to be synched, then you’ll need to deselect all others on the Synch tab in the Groups module. See “To select only certain groups” in the Emails, Letters, and Mailing Lists section.
To enable synchronization requires a Constant Contact Subscription.  To create a new Constant Contact account click Communication->Newsletters/Email Campaigns->I am a Constant Contact Subscriber.  Click Open Constant Contact and follow instructions on the screen to sign up for a new account.  Be sure to check out the pricing available for non-profit organizations.

Optional: Select Automatically synchronize membership types daily, Automatically synchronize groups daily, and/or Automatically sync all active reps for active and courtesy members to allow ChamberMaster to pass all ChamberMaster Membership Types, active reps and/or Group updates and additions nightly to your Constant Contact account. To select only specific groups, click the Synch tab in the Groups module.

Going forward, make any additions to these list or changes to contact information in your software. Each time a synch takes place, the Constant Contact list is zeroed out and refreshed with new information from the database. For best results, manage all additions and updates in ChamberMaster / MemberZone only.
Note: Reps that have unsubscribed from your database mailing list will not be included in the synch to Constant Contact.
